With over 5 years of legal practice experience, Ewhomazino is a detailed transactional lawyer with a flair for contract drafting, contract review and legal due diligence over years of private commercial transactions with a core focus in the areas of data protection, third-party data processing, property and real estate development, construction and conveyancing. As an Associate, she works in a core transactional role specializing in drafting, reviewing and negotiating sector-specific commercial agreements and transactions involving public or private-owned entities in Nigeria. She has worked in multiple paralegal and legal support roles with various top-tier law firms in Nigeria before her call to the Nigerian Bar in 2018.

Due to her keen interest in providing creative solutions to amicable dispute settlement, she possesses professional qualifications in Arbitration and Mediation. Her journey with Alternative Dispute Resolution began during her time at the prestigious Afe Babalola University where she obtained her degree in Law. Leveraging on her skills and experience, Ewhomazino always adopts a client-centered approach to providing legal advice, solutions and support on high-value commercial transactions.
